cramped pool arealimited european choices
i found a few things disappointing . the pool area felt quite cramped with too few sunbeds, especially given the hotel size (it was hard to relax). breakfast had limited choices for european palates, which wasn't quite what i expect from a hotel like this. i felt the breakfast room itself needed more space as it became rather noisy and not very inviting.

decent workoutoutside noisebarely functional air conditioning
The gym had enough equipment to get a decent workout in.
My experience wasn't great. I had a Club Double room. The noise from outside kept me awake, even on an upper floor. The air conditioning barely worked, I complained, but nothing changed (it was like sleeping in a sauna).

i did find the staff friendly. gaurav knanagwal impressed me with his customer service. i think that the hotel location is wonderful. his attentive service stood out.
the bathroom did not meet my expectations. i did find the rooms subpar. windows looked dirty and i couldn't enjoy any view. the hotel did not seem like a true five-star.

The breakfast had a great variety. The bed was very comfortable.
It took us to a different floor (this was very alarming). The gate at ground level was stuck. We could not open it for fifteen minutes. Some other guests were with us.
